FAQ(Boat part)

Speed-related Inquiries

  • The maximum speed in the first gear is 30 kilometers per hour, while in the second gear, it reaches 45 kilometers per hour. The acceleration from 0 to 45 kilometers per hour takes 4 seconds, during which the bow of the boat will tilt up higher than the water level.

Battery Level Indication

  • After using the boat for 20 minutes, the battery level indication varies. It shows "75" when the boat is at a standstill on the water, "60" when driving in the first gear, and "45" when driving in the second gear. This is normal. Please refer to the indication when the boat is at a standstill on the water. When the battery level is too low, you can switch to the first gear to get closer to the launching point before continuing your water activities.

Duration of Use

  • With a single standard-configured battery, the boat can be used for approximately 60 minutes. This is for reference only.

Boat Not Responding

  • If the boat sometimes seems to stop and doesn't respond even when you step on the accelerator, first check if the power indicator is still on. Then, examine whether the battery wake-up magnet has fallen off. The battery wake-up magnet serves as a safety protection for unexpected situations after starting a dangerous drive. Since it's not completely fixed, the wake-up function may sometimes fail.

Boat Moving Backward

  • To address the issue of the boat moving backward, please check the speed gears (fast and slow) and the forward-reverse gears. When the gear selector is in the level position, it's the slow gear and the forward gear. When it's indented, it's the fast gear and the reverse gear.

Speed Limitation in Second Gear

  • There are two main reasons why it may seem that the boat can only reach the speed of the first gear even when in the second gear after driving for a while. Firstly, due to battery protection, when the battery level is medium to low, the weight of the driver and water resistance will cause the boat to struggle. To avoid the situation where the boat can't return, the speed is limited as a reminder. Secondly, after a long period of driving, the controller needs a short break.

Inability to Make Sharp Turns

  • Our leisure boat is designed with safety, quality, and affordability in mind from the very beginning. The design of the boat bottom is a yacht-like design aimed at breaking water and reducing water resistance. At high speeds, there will be the inertia of breaking water. Also, considering the leisure and safety of the turning radius, the boat may not be able to meet the requirement of making sharp turns at high speeds for the time being.
